Location: Lyon or Paris (Remote)

Salary Package €80,000 - €115,000 + Variable + Benefits + EV/Allowance

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing EV charging company looking to hire a Business Development Manager with proven experience in e-mobility or EV charging . This is a key commercial role focused on expanding the company’s footprint across France and securing strategic partnerships.

The position can be based in Lyon or Paris , with flexible hybrid/remote working.

• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders (CPOs, fleet operators, real estate groups, public sector)
• Support go-to-market strategy and commercial planning
• Track market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments
• Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in business development within EV charging, e-mobility, or infrastructure
• Strong new business development
• Solid understanding of EV charging solutions (AC/DC, public vs. fleet, commercial models)
• Commercially driven with excellent negotiation skills
• Comfortable working independently in a scale-up or growth environment
• Fluent in French ; professional English required
