European Visual Merchandising Lead & Regional VM Ambassador

Richemont Iberia SL seeks a Regional Visual Merchandising Leader to oversee the Maison's visual identity across the Europe market. You will orchestrate VM planning for launches, rotations, window displays and boutique events, guiding a small regional team and ensuring quality execution.

You will translate HQ guidelines into boutique practice, communicate through the internal photo platform, and train Retail teams to maintain consistent displays.
