European Sales Leader — Field Growth & Strategy

WECO Electrical Connectors Inc. in Europe seeks a Sales Manager to define and execute a European sales and marketing plan, lead growth, and manage key accounts.

You will travel across Europe, visit customers, develop proposals, and work with our Tunisia-based inside sales team to close deals. The role requires a technical background in electrical engineering or mechatronics, 5+ years of field service or KAM experience, and fluent English; German is a plus.
