European Sales Force Excellence & CRM Lead

Sunstar Group seeks a strategic European Sales Force Effectiveness & CRM Lead to drive commercial excellence, sales productivity, and CRM transformation across Europe. You will own the SFE framework, optimize execution and act as business owner of KLEE CRM.

Based in Paris, Barcelona, or Milan with a hybrid model, you will partner with local sales leaders to implement common methodologies, set performance standards, and enable strong customer engagement across markets.
