European Sales Excellence & CRM Leader

Sunstar is seeking a European Sales Force Effectiveness & CRM Lead to drive commercial excellence across Europe. You will define SFE strategy, lead CRM transformation with KLEE, and ensure consistent field execution and CRM adoption across markets.

Based in Paris, Barcelona, or Milan, you will work in a hybrid model with regular travel up to 20% to support local markets and multi-country initiatives, partnering with Country Leaders and IT to deliver sustainable growth.
