European Real Estate Project Lead

L’Oréal is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to deploy our European real estate strategy across offices, factories, and distribution centers. You will report to the Europe Real Estate Director and manage a cross-country portfolio to support business ambitions.

Responsibilities include leading lease negotiations, coordinating multi-country teams from design to delivery, and collaborating with finance, legal and sustainability experts to bring projects to life in a matrix environment.
