European Program Lead - Global Relocation Strategy

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale relocations from U.S. sites to European facilities. You will drive end-to-end strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, develop charters, and manage CAPEX while ensuring regulatory compliance across U.S. and EU jurisdictions.

Candidates should have 8+ years of aerospace manufacturing PM experience, with a track record in global expansion and change management. MBA preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 desirable.
