European Payroll Transformation Lead

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager Europe to drive modernization across Europe, including process standardization, tool harmonization, and a unified payroll operating model across Retail, Logistics, and Corporate.

The role requires coaching local payroll teams, engaging stakeholders from HR to executives, and delivering governance with clear, auditable processes. English fluency plus additional European languages are expected.
