European Manufacturing Finance Leader

L'Oréal is seeking a Manufacturing Finance Manager for CPD Operations Europe. Reporting to the CFO, you will steer the economic performance of our manufacturing sites, provide strategic insights, and become a trusted business partner to plant managers.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, period closings, and monthly/weekly performance reporting, coordinating a network of plant finance controllers to drive cost efficiency and improved margins.
