European Logistics Asset Manager

Ares Management, based in Paris, is seeking an Associate - Asset Management (Logistics) to support value creation across a pan-European logistics portfolio.

You will work closely with senior asset managers, investment teams, finance and external operators to ensure rigorous financial analysis, governance and timely execution.

The role covers acquisitions onboarding, asset oversight, financing, refinancing and exit execution, with emphasis on data integrity and clear stakeholder communication.
