European Legal Counsel for a Private Asset Platform

Roundtable, based in Paris, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its growing team and tackle complex questions across Europe. You will work at the intersection of law, product and business, handling corporate, tax and regulatory matters for multi-jurisdiction investments.

The role requires a Master in law, 4+ years at a top firm or equivalent, and fluency in English and French. You will collaborate with product, sales and operations to automate legal processes and support rapid scaling.
