European Labour Relations Transformation Leader - Remote

GE Vernova seeks an experienced Labour Relations leader to pilot the European Works Council and to design and deploy the European Labour Relations operating model. You will coordinate with national Labour Relations leaders in Germany and France to harmonize governance, standard work and training across Europe.

This is a strategic role to build a best-in-class European Labour Relations function, with growing scope and increasing leadership of the European Labour Relations network.
