European HR Legal & Employee Relations Lead

Scaleway is expanding its HR legal function to ensure compliance across Europe and to support operational excellence in an increasingly international environment.

Your mission will be to lead HR legal topics across Europe, manage employee relations, and provide strategic legal guidance on both individual and collective matters that support Scaleway’s growth. The role requires a Master 2 in Social Law or HR, 5+ years in a similar role, multi-site Europe experience, and full English fluency.
