European Head of Sales - Bioactive Beauty Actives

Debut Biotech is seeking a Head of Sales for Beauty & Personal Care to drive market penetration across Europe. This role involves selling biotechnology-derived ingredients directly to manufacturers and beauty brands. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years’ experience in the beauty industry and have an established network in the EU market.

Located primarily in Germany or France, this position will report directly to the CEO and offer a competitive salary of €130-160k plus incentives. Candidates should be fluent in English and German, with a strong scientific background.
