European Defense Sales Leader

Alta Ares is seeking a Defense Sales & Business Development leader to own the sales pipeline across French MOD, procurement agencies, and armed forces. You will lead qualification, shaping opportunities, managing proposals and negotiations to win multi‑million programs in ISR, C‑UAS, autonomy, and AI.

You will build trusted relationships with military users and primes, drive repeatable sales motions with strong forecasting, and conduct on-site field demos and workshops across Europe.
