European Business Development Lead, Refurbished Tech

Back Market is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive seller acquisition and growth across European markets. You will own the full BD lifecycle, from identifying high-potential sellers to onboarding and scaling their early performance on the platform.

You will represent the brand to industry stakeholders, build relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seller success and product selection growth. Travel to industry events is expected.
