We’re hiring a Technical Solution Manager, Europe based in France or Poland.
Reporting to: Europe CTO
As Technical Solution Manager, Europe you will work in the Technical and Project Team Europe.
Missions
- Be Sunmi products and solutions technical expert for Europe Sales and Technical teams and for Sunmi prospects and customers in Europe.
- Be Sunmi technical referent for software products (Key Injection, MDM, TMS, …) in Europe.
- Design sample applications interfacing the different Sunmi SDKs and demonstrating their usage to Sunmi prospect and customers.
- Develop solutions validating product introduction.
- Build necessary tools to ease issues analysis and resolutions.
- Liaise with Sunmi coordination team for Europe customers software requirements.
- Provide technical and architectural improvement suggestions to Sunmi R&D for the development, design, integration, testing, and maintenance of our platform and products.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Participate to products and solutions technical presentations and trainings to internal and customers teams.
- Accompany the Sales team in customer meetings for project requiring specific developments or integration.
- Help to formalize the requirements and to design technical solutions or proposals based on customer requirements.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform other related technical duties as assigned.
Profile
- Bachelor or master degree ideally in IT, Software development, Electronics
- 5+ years in technical leadership in Payment, Security, Retail and/or Banking industries
- 7+ years in software development with experience in Android, Java, Kotlin and cloud-based applications
- Good technical knowledge in payment and security (EMV, cryptography, PKI).
- Technical knowledge of popular network protocol and hardware
- Technical pre-sales experience is a plus
- Experience in Atlassian products (JIRA/Confluence) is a plus
- Bonus points for start-up and scaling products and services experience
- Technical with customer focus spirit, interested in training and teaching technical solutions
- Good presentation skills and able to communicate with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, customers and business partners.
- Experience interfacing remote teams and in an international environment.
- Open minded and proactive, you work very well cross-functionally, and are able to think critically and display good judgement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with high level of autonomy and responsibilities.
- Fluent in English; Other European languages or Chinese would be a plus.
The position will be based in France (Lyon) or Poland (Warsaw). Hybrid and Home office can be discussed.
