Europe Skincare & Spa Education Lead

LVMH Group is seeking an Europe Retail Education Manager – Skincare & Dior Spas to lead the European skincare and spa training strategy. You will work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Retail and HR to deploy a high-standard education program across Europe, ensuring consistency of Dior Spa rituals and skincare knowledge across markets.

You will lead a community of trainers, organize in-person and remote sessions, and monitor training impact with clear KPIs.
