The Role

As Head of Business Development, you will be the sole new business leader for the region, responsible for identifying, targeting, and winning new customers across key sectors. This is a high-level individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives in autonomy and wants to directly shape market expansion. While your primary focus is hunting new business, you will also collaborate with internal teams to support and grow selected high-value key accounts.

You’ll be selling a comprehensive portfolio of services across the IT lifecycle, engaging with organisations such as IT companies, manufacturers, retailers, and data centre operators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drivenew business acquisition across France and Europe, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Identify and target strategic opportunities within IT, manufacturing, retail, and data centre sectors
  • Develop and execute a regional business development strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and market engagement
  • Act as a market expert, providing insights on trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings across Europe

What You'll Bring

  • Proven track record inbusiness development and new business sales
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors:Reverse logistics / Repair/ Refurbishment/ Recommerce /ITAD
  • Strong understanding of the technology lifecycle and circular economy principles
  • Ability to operate as a self-sufficient, high-performing individual contributor
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven (“go-getter” mentality)
