Europe E-Commerce Client Service Team Lead

Hermès Paris in Paris seeks a Team Manager to lead the Client & Service Department within Hermès.com Europe. You will manage a team of about 10 client advisors, recruit, develop, and support them daily to achieve high customer service standards across purchasing channels.

You will collaborate with E-store managers and HR, ensure training, monitor KPIs, and drive excellent customer relations while embodying Hermès values in a dynamic, international environment.
