Europe DTC Performance Marketing Lead

Mars is seeking an M&M’S Performance Marketing Manager to drive traffic and sales for M&M’S DTC & DTB online businesses across Europe.

The role includes managing a multi-million euros paid media budget and collaborating with marketing agencies and internal teams to execute impactful campaigns. Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and be adept at data-driven decision making.

This position is based in Haguenau, home to the largest M&M's factory in Europe.
