Europe Customer Success Manager – Growth & Retention

Shippeo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee 40+ Tier 3 accounts in France, driving adoption, value realization, and portfolio growth. You will partner with Account Management, Product, and Sales to strengthen long-term partnerships and improve Net Revenue Retention.

Based in Paris with a hybrid work model (three days in-office), you will run structured engagement playbooks, health checks, and business reviews to scale impact across accounts.
