Europe Client Growth Director

Chloé is seeking a regional Client Strategy & Business Development leader to adapt the Maison's global vision to Paris and European markets. You will define strategy, drive client acquisition, retention, reactivation and loyalty initiatives, and partner with Country Managers to translate priorities into actionable plans.

You will lead clienteling programs across Europe, optimize segmentation and ROI, manage a yearly budget, and report KPIs to senior leadership while traveling across markets.
