EUC Support / Desktop Support Engineer Netherlands

Our team ensures seamless, secure, and high‑availability IT experiences for thousands of end users daily—combining proactive monitoring, rapid troubleshooting, and modern device lifecycle management to keep business operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 desktop and laptop support for Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS endpoints across on‑site client locations.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, OS, and enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and Citrix environments.
• Remote and on‑site resolution of printer, network, and peripheral issues with SLA‑driven response times.
• Improve service delivery by documenting common issues, creating knowledge base articles, and escalating complex cases to Tier 3.
• Support BYOD and corporate device rollouts, including imaging, security hardening, and MDM/Endpoint compliance.
• Collaborate with IT security and infrastructure teams to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain endpoint compliance policies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
• Familiarity with SCCM or Intune Autopilot deployment
• NL/EN bilingual support capability
