- Work closely with Sustainability, Production, Finance, Legal, local market teams, and Global Headquarters, overseeing PRO registrations, regulatory reporting, data management, and audit readiness while ensuring consistent implementation across all markets.
- Develop and deliver UNIQLO Europe's textile EPR strategy, support budgeting and cost forecasting, identify opportunities to optimise compliance costs, and contribute to initiatives linked to product durability, traceability, and recycled materials.
- Build strong relationships with PROs, consultants, and industry associations, monitor regulatory developments, and provide clear guidance on associated risks, opportunities, and business impacts.

- Knowledge of EPR schemes, sustainability reporting, certifications, traceability, durability, or recycled materials is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate evolving regulations into practical business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
