Trainline seeks a Technical Account Manager – Service Delivery to manage a portfolio of strategic customers, guide them through TPS solutions, and provide escalation support as needed. You will coordinate with Product, Engineering and Service Delivery teams to ensure outcomes are achieved and SLAs are met.
The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of API integrations, and experience in Agile environments. Hybrid work with significant travel is offered to support customer needs.
