Reports To: Head of Precious Metal Sales & Trading

Location: Switzerland, or France

Employment Type: Initially a contractor agreement. If a local office is established, employment will transition to a full-time employee position at that office.

About the Company

The company was established as a manufacturing and sales company in the precious metals business. We provide high-quality precious metal products and related services through recycling/refining, manufacturing, and trading businesses - pursuing the potential of recycled metal to enrich society and people.

Role Purpose

To develop sales channels in the European region for "Green Metal," precious metals manufactured in Japan from recycled raw materials. Primary targets include jewelry manufacturers and luxury watch brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market research and reporting in Europe
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers in the European region
• Achieve annual sales targets
• Report to the headquarters in Japan

Essential Requirements

• Professional experience and network in the jewelry and luxury watch industries
• Proven experience and achievements in sales and marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand Japanese culture and adapt to a cross-cultural organization
