EU Quality Assurance Manager - 6 months replacement during maternity leave
Context
As part of a maternity leave replacement , we are looking for a Senior Quality Manager with management skills and international experience for a period of 6 months.
The role of the EU Quality Assurance Manager (EU QA Manager) is to coordinate and support the QA team within DPE European markets (France, Benelux and Germany) to ensure the proper application and the compliance of the Quality Policy and the Domino’s Food Safety Standards.
Missions
Manage the EU QA team by supporting the local QA Managers in their day-to-day.
Drive the Quality Policy and Food Safety standards within the markets on the priorities below:
- Suppliers: suppliers & products validation, certifications follow-up, audits program, food fraud
- Product Quality: risk analysis, quality control program for dough & products, nutrition, clean label
- Supply Chain: GFSI certifications, audits program, products analysis, traceability system
- Store Food Safety: HACCP booklet, trainings, audits standards, quality complaints management
Support strategic EU projects by providing expertise and coordinating the QA validation for all markets
Ensure harmonization of the process and methodology between each market
Drive the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Quality and Food Safety to share to the Group
Support the QA team by taking decision in case of food emergency such as withdraw / recall
Escalate key risks to stakeholders if necessary
Follow-up regulation changes / updates and communicate with the appropriate department
Direct management: Local QA Managers based in France, Benelux and Germany.
Direct interactions: Head of Procurement & Supply Chain Europe.
Candidate Profile
- Specific degree on Food Quality, Food Sciences or Food Safety (Master or more).
- Minimum 8 - 10 years working in food quality in QSR or food manufacturing environment.
- Relevant experience in international businesses within food industry or QSR industry.
- People management experience required, preferred in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong knowledge in quality and food safety: GFSI certifications, HACCP, VACCP, risk assessments,
