EU Fulfillment Ops Excellence Lead

Bigblue in Paris is seeking an Ops Excellence Manager to standardize and improve warehouse operations across its European fulfillment network. This role focuses on diagnosing performance gaps and deploying common SOPs, KPIs, and routines across multiple sites.

You will lead cross-functional, data-driven projects and partner with 3PLs and Product/Tech to translate operational needs into actionable requirements and scalable improvements across Europe.
