EU Customer Service Advisor – Cars & Watches (Paris/Munich)

Collecting Cars seeks a Customer Service Advisor to support customers across the EU and internationally from Paris or Munich offices. You’ll handle inquiries pre- and post-auction, engage in proactive outreach, and help improve processes while identifying sales opportunities to retain customers.

Ideal candidates have prior client services experience, enjoy problem solving, and excel in fast-paced settings. Fluency in French, Italian and English is required and will be tested.
