EU Contracts & Financial Operations Manager

Based at the PEERS project coordination office in Paris, Expertise France seeks an Administrative and Financial Manager to oversee donor contracts, finance, administration, logistics and procurement in collaboration with implementation partners. They will supervise the EU financing contract and ensure compliance with Expertise France procedures.

Reporting to the Project Lead in Paris, the role includes budgeting, risk management, audits, and coordinating with partners across Tanzania, Nigeria
