EU Commercial Counsel: E‑Commerce & Compliance

Alibaba Group seeks a commercial legal counsel to join the European legal team supporting AliExpress. Based in Paris or Hangzhou, you will advise on European expansion, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance across cross-border operations.

We value 5–7 years of EU-qualified legal experience, in-house exposure to e-commerce, and fluent English; French or Chinese language skills are a plus. Travel may be needed, and the role reports to General Counsel or Senior Counsel.
