EU Business Development Lead: Seller Growth & Partnerships

Back Market is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our European seller network and grow supply for our refurbished marketplace. You’ll own the full BD lifecycle, from hunting high-potential sellers to onboarding and early growth, while collaborating with internal teams and shaping strategy.

Based in Paris or Bordeaux, this long-term, hybrid role requires strong English, travel willingness, and a passion for ecommerce and sustainability.
