EU BD Manager — Hybrid & Impactful Growth

Back Market is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and manage the European seller network for our refurbished devices marketplace. You will own the full BD lifecycle, from prospecting high-potential sellers to onboarding and early growth, ensuring product selection expansion and healthy GMV growth.

You will liaise with internal teams to navigate quality, logistics, and commercial requirements, while representing the brand at industry events.
