Context

In a demanding industrial environment combining production and project activities, Finance plays a key role in driving performance and supporting business decisions. Within the Mâcon ETO plant, you act as a Business Partner to management, ensuring financial reliability, compliance, and strategic support.

Reporting line

Role based in Mâcon (France), within Finance, interacting closely with plant leadership, accounting teams, shared services and external auditors.

Your role

You drive financial performance and support operations in optimizing results, acting as both a guardian of finance rules and a trusted advisor to management.

Your missions

  • Analyze monthly and quarterly financial performance (P&L, margins, costs, cash).
  • Identify risks and opportunities and drive action plans.
  • Prepare and present financial insights to leadership.
  • Actively contribute to closing activities.
  • Lead Budget and Forecast cycles including scenario planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Group Finance processes and governance.
  • Ensure IFRS compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement (standardization, automation, data quality).
  • Develop strong understanding of industrial environment to enhance analysis relevance.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent.
  • 5 years minimum of experience in industrial and/or project environments.
  • Strong IFRS knowledge.
  • Proficiency in financial tools and systems.
  • Fluent English.
