Job Description

EHS & Facilities Manager - Episkintech (Poste Codir)

A Day in the Life reporting directly to the Episkintech General Manager as an active member of the Management Committee (ManCom), you will strategically steer EHS, facilities, and lab support operations.

• EHS & Compliance: Lead risk analyses, manage Group/ISO9001 audits, maintain transparent relations with local authorities, and hold the authority to approve or halt equipment operations based on safety.
• Facilities & Energy: Coordinate preventive maintenance, manage GMAO reporting, and propose building evolutions to optimize energy performance in alignment with Group Real Estate.
• Operations & Team Management: Direct a team of 8 managing transversal services (Lab Management, Laundry, Store, scientific equipment tracking) and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets.

We Are Looking For

• Hard Skills: Extensive experience in EHS & Facilities (ETN/SEHS), direct team management (8 people), budget control, and managing external providers/security teams.
• Soft Skills: Strategic decision-making, pedagogical communication, agile problem-solving, and a strong customer-centric, collaborative mindset.
