Ethics Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Ethics Project Manager to join our Ethics team on a permanent basis, located in Obernai or Blieskastel.

What you will do

Ethics Alert System

• Enhance and optimize the Group’s ethics alert system (Let’s Talk) by improving procedures, monitoring tools, and documentation.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs for senior management related to ethics alert management.
• Contribute to ethics and compliance-related reporting, including business ethics inputs for ESG and sustainability ratings (e.g. EcoVadis).

Ethical Investigations

• Lead internal investigations in line with the EU and local regulations.
• Ensure investigations comply with internal procedures and involve external legal support when required.
• Prepare and facilitate Ethics Committee meetings.
• Support stakeholders in managing and resolving sensitive and complex situations.

Governance, Network & Culture

• Support ethics and compliance training programs and the Ethics Ambassadors network.
• Actively contribute to instilling a strong ethics and compliance culture across the organisation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in ethics and compliance in an international, industrial environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Ethics & Compliance, Governance, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently with discretion.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive ethical situations with objectivity and resilience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and German. French is an advantage.
