#ET21 Junior Stress Engineer (M/F) - Early Career

Responsibilities
- Structural evaluation and stress analysis during different development phases, from concept to detailed design, targeting optimized design in terms of strength, fatigue life, weight, and cost.
- Sizing and strength substantiation according to hand calculation methodology and FEM (linear and non-linear) to optimize airframe and mechanical equipment designs.
- Preparation of test programs and test orders, as well as supervision of the tests.
- Preparation of justification reports for static strength and fatigue.
- Determination and justification of service life, inspection, and maintenance intervals.
- Handling manufacturing deviations, including definition of rework and repairs and addressing customer service requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum M.Sc. or Ph.D. in aerospace engineering or equivalent.
- First few years of professional experience in structural analysis and fatigue in the aviation sector or related industry.
- Basic knowledge of justification methods (analytical methodologies and FEM) for metal and composite materials.
- Independent, autonomous, and committed with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to communicate in a multi‑layered development environment.
- Advanced proficiency in French and English.
