ESS Global Sourcing Director (H/F)

Your missions

• Develop and track purchasing KPIs, hard savings, soft savings / cost avoidance, raw material indexation management, Inflation mitigation, supplier productivity
• Collaborate with Finance to validate and secure savings in the P&L.+A31:I35
• Define the ESS sourcing strategy to reach the targeted spend savings aligned with the BU’s industrial, product, and supply chain roadmap. Identify and deploy strategic levers:
  • Cost standardization and volume bundling.
• Build and manage a robust portfolio of strategic suppliers and Implement a comprehensive risk management framework
• For the critical suppliers (modules, PCS, transformers, ...):
  • Negotiate and manage Frame agreements and Long-term agreements (LTA)
• Lead and coordinate the ESS purchasing organization:
  • Category managers
  • Commodity buyers
  • Production/operational buyers

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or engineering's school
• Minimum of fifteen years Purchasing (or) Procurement related experience in a manufacturing environment. Advanced Contract and/or Purchasing, data gathering and reporting, spreadsheet techniques.
• English read, written, and spoken
