ESG Performance and Data Manager - AVP (18-month FTC) - Eton Clarke

A global bank is looking for an ESG Performance and Data Manager to join its Sustainability Strategy team in Paris for 18 months.

This role is all about helping the bank measure and report on its sustainability performance, and making sure that information is accurate, clear and actually useful. You'll develop new sustainability metrics to meet European regulatory expectations, build and run reporting dashboards, and help the team understand what the numbers are telling them.

Breakdown of Responsibilities:

• Developing new sustainability metrics for regulatory and reporting needs
\n
• Building dashboards and running monthly sustainability reporting
\n
• Preparing clear reports for senior meetings and drawing out the key insights
\n
• Keeping data and documentation in good shape as a local data steward
\n
• Working with colleagues across risk, finance and other teams around Europe
\n

Skills Required:

• Experience in ESG, sustainability reporting or data, ideally in financial services
\n
• Confidence working with data and explaining it simply
\n
• Strong attention to detail and a well-organised approach
\n
• A genuine interest in sustainability
\n
