ESG Data & Impact Reporting Lead

Sia is seeking an analytical and hands-on ESG Performance & Reporting Manager to strengthen our ESG program across the Group. You will lead data collection, governance, and external assessments to drive measurable progress against ESG targets.

Fluency in English (French a plus) and a Master’s degree with 3–5 years in ESG, sustainability, or data analysis are required. You will coordinate with function leads across geographies and contribute to CSR reporting standards such as GRI and CSRD.
