During client onboarding, understand how clients previously collected and structured their data, and clean, transform, and import this data into Apiday’s data model using the product.
Support the team in launching client data collection campaigns, ensuring data consistency and integrity across multiple years and deliverables.
Use AI tools and coding skills to create customized client reports based on technical specifications provided by the Tech team.
Use AI to solve complex data challenges at scale.
Work cross-functionally with Product, ESG, Customer Success, and Sales teams to help improve the product in ways that better address client needs.
- 1+ years of experience resolving technical, data-related issues, preferably in an operations or technical environment.
- Strong interest in AI and data, with curiosity to explore how AI tools can help solve data problems or improve workflows.
- Comfortable working independently with guidance, managing priorities, and adapting in a fast-moving environment where processes and products evolve.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical people.
- Experience with Python for cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when collaborating with internal teams and maintaining awareness of client needs.
- A basic understanding of ESG and sustainability topics is mandatory. This can be demonstrated through relevant coursework, academic projects, internships, or work experience.
- English is the working language; French is a plus.
