ERP Transformation Project Leader for Digital Finance / ERP CoE (f/m) – join our Digital Centre of Excellence for Enterprise Resource Planning based in Toulouse, France.
Overview
You will be part of a team developing the future of our digital landscape by designing a robust convergence strategy for our ERP systems. As part of the ERP CoE Digital Finance team, you will lead Finance Digital Work Packages aiming at generating maximum value from our SAP landscape and supporting the company's strategic growth.
Your Challenges
- Lead Digital Finance activities and Work Packages within the ERP Transformation Program for one or several major projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and KPIs; oversee day‑to‑day execution to ensure successful completion within time, quality, and budget.
- Estimate and control project financials and timelines, proactively adjusting plans to address risks or opportunities.
- Act as a referent leader to propose orientations on digital activities and ensure the overall quality of documentation based on project methodologies.
- Communicate progress and milestones to senior leadership (ERP Transformation & Finance), driving adoption of new systems and managing change.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Finance, or a related field, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
- Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience specifically in SAP Financials solutions (S/4HANA) with a proven track record of successful end‑to‑end implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Finance business processes; experience with Central Finance is a significant asset.
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle methodologies with the ability to deliver complex projects in a multi‑functional environment.
- Excellent English communication skills to influence both business and digital audiences at all levels; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus.
