About the Role

The Digital For Operation department at Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an ERP Solution Owner to join the team based in Toulouse. This role focuses on simplifying, streamlining, and unlocking digital technologies to support production ramp‑ups and supply chain optimization across our aerospace manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to transform shop‑floor requirements into end‑to‑end Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
• Act as a content authority within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring a "Fit‑to‑Standard" approach and limiting unnecessary developments.
• Translate complex SAP logic into clear, business‑oriented visuals to secure management buy‑in.
• Redesign end‑to‑end flows to actively support production ramp‑up targets in aeronautics.
• Drive the definition of the S/4HANA manufacturing product to create a new digital supply chain model.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to align ERP solutions with business objectives.

Travel

Requires frequent travel (~20% travel). Mobility to various sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in computer science, manufacturing engineering, or logistics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a complex, highly regulated industry (aerospace, automotive, defense).
• More than 8 years of expertise in ERP deployment, with advanced mastery of SAP S/4HANA (PP, PM, MM, SD).
• Practical experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Strong communication, diplomatic, and change‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German is a strong asset.
