ERP Specialist Logistics S/4 - M/F
Job Description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an ERP Logistics Specialist S/4 (f/m) to join our Digital for Operation department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing next-generation aerospace digital production solutions. As part of the S/4HANA logistics product team, you will be involved in industrial transformation aiming at securing aircraft production ramp-ups and streamlining E2E digital supply chain workflows.

Your challenges
- Translate operational shop-floor needs into Agile Epics and concrete end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
- Orchestrate governance within Multi-Functional Teams (MFTs) to enforce SAP Fit-to-Standard logic and minimize local customizations.
- Deliver the S/4HANA logistics product blueprint and technical roadmaps for the digital supply chain.
- Bridge the gap between Information Management (IM) technical architecture and business site operations to secure technical compromises.
- Create complex SAP logic visualizations and architecture maps to secure buy-in from executive-level stakeholders.
Your boarding pass
- Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in complex, high-regulation industries (Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense).
- Minimum 10 years of expertise in ERP deployment, specifically SAP MM, SD, and EWM modules on S/4HANA.
- Proven technical experience navigating SAFe and Agile methodologies.
- Negotiation level in English (German and/or French is a plus); willingness to travel internationally (~20 %).
