Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.****Your challenges:***** Translate shop-floor operational needs into End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain and Demand processes within the SAP architecture.* Act as a content authority to enforce the "Fit-to-Standard" approach (minimizing customization) and resolve roadblocks between processes and digital tools.* Structure complex issues into actionable "Epics" and influence deployment priorities* Distill complex SAP logic into clear, business-driven visualizations to secure buy-in from senior stakeholders.* Facilitate collaboration between Information Management (IM) and production sites to ensure the effective delivery of business value.****Your boarding pass:***** Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.* Minimum of 5 years experience in complex, highly regulated industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense.* Proven expertise (5+ years) in ERP deployment, with advanced knowledge of SAP modules (ideally S/4HANA).* A "Connector" mindset with the ability to navigate SAFe/Agile methodologies, strong change management leadership, and a talent for finding compromises.* Fluency in English is mandatory.
