Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Migration Solution Manager (f/m) to join our Digital for Operation Department based in Toulouse, France.

Your challenges:

• Architect and deliver tailored ERP migration strategies (Big Bang, phase-in/phase-out, per program).
• Structure complex operational issues into actionable Epics and resolve technical roadblocks.
• Influence the global ERP roadmap governance through accurate priority management.
• Ensure smooth operational handover up to effective value delivery on manufacturing sites.
• Interface with digital teams to align cutting-edge technology trends with plant constraints.
