ERP SAP Consultants PP, QM - Digital Platforms - France

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA consultant to lead implementations in Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management. The role encompasses project leadership, business analysis, workshop facilitation, solution design, and implementation coordination.

The Role

• Managing full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in Production Planning & Manufacturing Execution / Quality Management.
• Evaluating business requirements and identifying relevant SAP capabilities and best practices.
• Planning, preparing, and executing Fit‑Gap / Fit‑to‑Standard Workshops.
• Designing and adopting solutions for identified gaps and improving business processes.
• Ensuring system implementation together with near‑ and offshore team members.
• Acting as a sparring partner for the client and carrying project management responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 8–10 years of experience in SAP PP/QM or related manufacturing domains.
• 2–5 full project lifecycles in SAP PP, QM implementations.
• Profound experience in Production Planning, Shop‑Floor Manufacturing Execution, and/or Quality Management, with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications.
• Experience with S/4HANA projects and/or certification.
• Preferably experience in international template rollout projects.
• Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and resilience.
• Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the local country language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency).
• Willingness to travel and project‑related mobility.
