ERP Planning & Supply Specialist S/4 - M/F

Overview

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an ERP Planning & Supply Specialist S/4 (f/m) to join the Digital for Operation Department based in Toulouse, France. The role supports the industrial transformation by optimizing ERP planning and supply processes within S/4HANA, aligning cross-functional operations, and delivering value through standard solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to translate complex shop-floor operational needs into end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes.
• Act as the content authority to ensure Fit-to-Standard alignment and minimize customization while prioritizing operational efficiency.
• Spearhead the Planning & Supply product definition within S/4HANA, driving the lifecycle from blueprint to operational reality.
• Serve as a bridge between Information Management (IM) and site operations to balance system standards with business value.
• Translate complex SAP logic into clear, business-driven visualizations to secure buy-in from senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
• Senior professional with at least 10 years of experience in high-regulation, complex industries (Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense).
• Proven expertise (8+ years) in ERP deployment, with advanced mastery of SAP S/4HANA (modules PP, PM, MM, SD).
• Strong negotiation and compromise-finding skills with a connector mindset; proficiency in Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French and/or German is advantageous for global site collaboration.
