We have great know-how in Enterprise Resource Planning Software (ERP) with Odoo, IT Management Systems and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

Our Business Solutions in France team is looking for an ERP Consultant.

The Business Solutions team is composed of business experts in the main functional areas as well as competent developers who are involved in the community. Our ERP is called Odoo . Since 2006, camptocamp is the first official "Gold" Odoo partner and is strongly involved in the Odoo community, especially through the Odoo Community Association (OCA) of which camptocamp is a founding and very active member.

Your day as an ERP consultant

A few words from Étienne, your future Team leader:

"As an ERP Consultant with a flair for pre-sales, you’ll be right in the action: helping clients imagine what’s possible with Odoo! You’ll dive into their challenges, design smart, tailored solutions, and show them how technology can transform the way they work. You’ll collaborate closely with both clients and our technical teams, bringing ideas to life and making a real impact. Every project is a chance to learn, create, and make things happen together!"

In the pre-sales phase:

• You gather and analyze client requirements in order to prepare commercial proposals.
• You take part in marketing activities with the rest of the team.
• You attend events (Odoo Roadshow, IT trade shows, etc.) 3–4 times a year.

During implementation phase:

• You support our customers in the implementation of their Odoo ERP solution, mainly in the areas of Supply Chain, eCommerce, Finance, or Logistics.
• You analyze, document, and translate business needs into actionable plans to ensure the successful delivery of ERP projects.
• You work closely with our developers to best address our clients’ needs.
• You write specifications for custom developments.
• You test features and present them to our clients.
• You support and train end users.
• You're not afraid to challenge client requests to offer them the most suitable solutions.
• You play a key role in driving change management and supporting our clients in transforming their processes.

After the project, during the support phase:

Your profile

The essential skills for success in this role

• You have a Bachelor/Master degree in Business Informatics, Business, Finance, Logistics, or IT (or a degree deemed equivalent).
• You have between 3 and 5 years experience in ERP systems (ideally Odoo), including configuration and deployment.
• You are fluent in French and English.
• You are an excellent communicator with strong persuasive skills, able to lead and structure discussions effectively.
• You already have a first experience in pre-sales.
• You are organized, rigorous and know how to prioritize.
• You have a strong desire to ensure that each project provides significant added value for our clients while keeping in mind their budget.
• You enjoy working in a multicultural team. You are a team player, have empathy and care about the team.
• You have a valid work permit for France.

The icing on the cake

If you are comfortable with this, it's a big plus:

• You are curious, you like to understand how the tool works in detail and test new features.
• You have a good knowledge of logistics, finance or eCommerce, or you are willing to learn more about these areas.

Workload: We are flexible and you can choose between 80% and 100%.
